Job summary

JENNMAR Services is seeking CDL-A drivers for the Washington County area in Ohio. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include hauling equipment, conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensuring loads are secured in accordance with DOT rules. On-the-job training is available, with routes potentially including OTR work; per diem is provided on those routes.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A License.
• Valid/Current DOT physical (or ability to obtain one).
• Minimum 6 month CDL A driving experience (on-the-job training for 1 year).

Responsibilities

• Haul equipment and materials to company and customer job sites.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Drive and operate according to company and DOT rules.
• Secure loads per DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Communicate with dispatch/Trucking Manager as needed.
• Oversee loading/unloading to prevent damage.
• Notify Manager or Mechanics of maintenance needs.
• Maintain detailed delivery and driving logs per regulations.
• OTR routes available; per diem provided while on those routes.

CDL-A DRIVER- 40 HOURS MINIMUM GUARANTEED

JENNMAR Services is currently seeking CDL-A Drivers for the Washington County area. These are full-time positions with competitive salary and benefits available.

Job Responsibilities for Experienced CDL Class A Drivers:

• Haul equipment and material to company and customer job sites
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections
• Drive and conduct operations according to company and DOT rules and regulations
• Ensure load contents are properly secured to prevent damage or breakage according to DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Communicate with dispatch/Trucking Manager as needed
• Oversee Loading and Unloading process to prevent damage or breakage
• Notify Trucking Manager/Mechanics of any maintenance or repairs required to the truck
• Maintain detailed delivery and driving logs according to DOT regulations
• OTR routes are not required but are available. (Per Diem available while completing those routes)

Job Requirements for Experienced CDL Class A Drivers:

• Valid CDL A License
• Valid/Current DOT physical (or the ability to obtain one- company provided)
• Minimum 6 month CDL A driving experience (will provide on the job training for 1 year)
• Clean MVR
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background and MVR checks
• Must have valid drivers license, CDL A plus
