Job summary

ABC Supply, America’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, is seeking a licensed CDL driver for local deliveries. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and timely deliveries with everyday home time.

You’ll document every delivery with photos, perform load checks, and coordinate with the material handler to unload materials. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) match vested after 60 days, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL – Class A or B.
• Capable of lifting 75–100 pounds repeatedly.
• Pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens required.

Responsibilities

• Treat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a safe work zone during each job site.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and follow directives.
• Document every delivery with photos using the camera phone system.
• Perform load checks to ensure materials are secure and truck complies with regulations.
• Coordinate with Delivery Material Handler to place materials and unload.
• Complete and file logs and government paperwork accurately.
• Provide customers with invoices and collect COD payments when applicable.
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as loading/unloading as needed.
