Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking a licensed CDL driver to join our nationwide team. You will safely deliver materials by ground and rooftop routes, capture delivery photos, and ensure loads are secured before departure.

Responsibilities include completing logs, coordinating with the material handler, and processing invoices on delivery. A pre-employment drug screen is required; benefits and home nights are standard for this role.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL – Class A or B.
• Ability to lift 75–100 pounds repeatedly.
• Willingness to work on rooftops.
• Pre-employment and random drug screens are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ground and rooftop materials safely and on schedule.
• Document each delivery with photos using the camera phone system.
• Perform load checks before leaving the branch and ensure vehicle compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with Delivery Material Handler for material placement and unloading.
• Complete logs and government paperwork accurately and on time.
• Provide the customer with an invoice and collect COD when applicable.

At ABC Supply, we have YOUR future covered.Specific duties may include:Treating customers in a friendly and professional mannerConducting a safe work zone during each job siteAdhering to assigned delivery schedule and following all job directives preciselyDocumenting every step of each delivery by taking and uploading photos with our camera phone systemCompleting a thorough load check on your truck before leaving the branch, ensuring that all delivery materials are firmly secured and all parts of your truck are in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulationsWorking in cooperation with the Delivery Material Handler to determine where to set the materials and unloading themCompleting and filing all logs and required government paperwork in a precise and timely mannerProviding the customer with an invoice on completion of each delivery and collecting the entire due amount on COD deliveriesResponsibilities may include warehouse work, including loading and unloading of materials on to or off of trucks or into warehouse as assignedThis position does not require over the road travelSpecific qualifications include:Valid CDL – Class A or BThe ability to lift 75-100 pounds repeatedly (your most common cargo will be 70 pound bundles of shingles)Ability and willingness to work on rooftopsPre-employment drug screen and random drug screens are requiredFlatbed truck experience is preferredTrialer mounted forklift experience is preferredBenefits may include:Health, dental, and vision coverage - eligible after 60 days, low out of pocket401(k) with generous company match - eligible after 60 days, immediately vestedEmployer paid employee assistance programEmployer paid short term and long term disabilityEmployer paid life insuranceFlex spendingPaid vacationPaid sick daysPaid holidaysPay Rate Information:$25–30/hr.
