Job summary

Badgerland Supply, Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to operate a commercial motor vehicle safely and efficiently, delivering materials to commercial and residential job sites with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, loading/unloading, and complying with DOT regulations. Strong driving record and a proactive, team-oriented attitude are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Minimum Class B License, Class A strongly preferred.
• Clear three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Knowledge of DOT regulations. Core competencies: integrity, servant leadership, and inclusive teamwork.
• Ability to work independently and with the team; build relationships across the organization.
• Ability to self-manage, take initiative, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck/trailer for defects for safe operation.
• Safely load building materials onto flatbed or boom truck and unload at sites.
• Deliver materials to assigned area while prioritizing safety and customer service.
• Maintain records required for compliance with regulations.
• Report all accidents involving driver or equipment; maintain safety.
