Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to safely operate a commercial vehicle and deliver freight with emphasis on customer service. The role involves loading and unloading, adhering to DOT regulations, and maintaining accurate delivery records.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, performing safe loading/unloading, and coordinating with customers to ensure timely, damage-free deliveries while upholding company standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Minimum Class B License; Class A strongly preferred.
• Three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) must be clear.
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a commercial motor vehicle in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Load/unload materials and assist with deliveries to commercial and residential sites.
• Inspect truck/trailer for defects and ensure safe operation.
• Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional conduct on all deliveries.
