Job summary

ABC Supply, America’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, is seeking a licensed CDL Driver to join our team in Columbus, OH. You will ensure the safety and accuracy of every delivery from the facility to the customer while upholding ABC Supply’s service standards. The role requires lifting 75–100 pounds, drug testing, and teamwork with warehouse staff. Local routes only; benefits include health, 401(k) with match, paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL – Class A or B.
• Able to lift 75–100 pounds repeatedly.
• Pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens are required.
• Flatbed truck/trailer experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct a safe work zone during each job site.
• Adhere to assigned delivery schedule and follow all directives.
• Document every delivery by taking and uploading photos with the camera phone system.
• Complete a thorough load check on your truck and ensure cargo is secured and vehicle complies with regulations.
• Work with the Delivery Material Handler to unload materials and determine placement.
• Complete logs and required government paperwork accurately and timely.
• Provide the customer with an invoice on completion and collect payment for COD deliveries.
• Responsibilities may include warehouse work, loading/unloading materials as assigned.
• This position does not require over-the-road travel.
