Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a CDL driver to deliver materials and manage returns, with daily home time and a focus on safety and customer service.

The role features competitive hourly pay, potential bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental and 401(k) with company match. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, and the schedule runs Monday through Friday with OT possible.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Meet and maintain DOT standards and regulations.
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Background in warehouse logistics is a plus.
• Strong communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers using pallet jack and dolly, ensuring ticket accuracy.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel and report issues.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse with packing, receiving, stocking and order preparation.
• Work overtime as needed and adhere to PPE safety requirements.
