Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED in Alabama is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser – On Premise Relief CDL to deliver and rotate stock, merchandise shelves, and maintain company standards.

You will relieve the regular merchandiser, transport products to retail outlets, and work with the Sales Supervisor to build strong relationships with customers while complying with DOT rules and safety programs. This role offers a fast-paced environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 or older.
• Class A CDL required and maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy.
• PPE required by position and safety policies.
• Regular and prompt attendance is essential.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Maintain neat professional appearance.
• Ensure safety and security of Company assets.
• Utilize all Company resources and technology.
• DOT physical requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Relieve in the absence of the Delivery Merchandiser-On Premise.
• Transport and unload products to retail outlets.
• Merchandise products inside outlets to Company standards.
• Partner with Sales Supervisor to execute the plan and build customer relationships.
• Provide leadership feedback on threats and opportunities.
• Train and coach merchandise trainees as needed.
• Set up displays and promotions; address store issues with management.
