Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. is hiring a Delivery Merchandiser – Small Store Trainee CDL in North Alabama. This touch freight role delivers and rotates stock, merchandises shelves, and maintains displays to company standards.

Daily duties include loading/unloading, maintaining backstock, coordinating with the Sales Supervisor, and ensuring excellent customer service with store staff while adhering to DOT rules and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Class A CDL required and maintained per UNITED fleet policy.
• Must meet DOT physical requirements.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Neat professional appearance and safe work practices.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Transports and unloads products to retail outlets.
• Merchandises all product inside outlets to company standards.
• Builds relationships with customers and provides superior service.
• Sets up merchandise and promotions; communicates store issues to management.
• Maintains backstock, coolers, racks and shelves in organized condition.
