The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver to join our delivery team in Jacksonville, FL. You will follow daily routes, load and unload goods, verify inventory, obtain signatures, and ensure on-time deliveries to our customers.

The role requires a valid CDL, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 25 pounds. Strong organization, communication and safety awareness are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) required.
• Clean driving record with no moving violations.
• Must pass a DOT physical.
• Proficient at driving and parking large vehicles.
• Physically fit to lift 25 pounds.
• Experience with hand trucks, pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus.
• Professional and pleasant disposition with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow set, scheduled route for daily deliveries.
• Read maps or GPS to determine daily route.
• Deliver products on time and in good condition.
• Load and organize inventory from warehouse into vehicle and unload as needed.
• Ensure inventory matches manifest and obtain delivery confirmations.
• Collect signatures and payments at delivery locations.
• Maintain all delivery paperwork and report incidents to supervisors.
