Job summary

BradyPLUS is seeking a CDL Delivery Driver to join our growing team in Salt Lake City, UT. This role delivers products to customers, supports warehouse tasks, and maintains safety and customer service standards.

You will operate straight trucks or CMVs, learn routes, complete documentation, conduct DVIRs, and collaborate with dispatch and management to meet deadlines while handling HazMat considerations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of CDL driver experience.
• Delivery route experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 21 or older.
• Valid CDL and safe driving history; Class A or B required.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical certification and pass road test.
• HazMat or Air Brake Endorsement preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or able to obtain upon hire.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills to operate transportation systems and dispatch applications.
• Basic math skills to verify orders and reconcile documents.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and overtime as needed.
• Physical: lift up to 50lbs, push/pull 100lbs, sit, walk, climb as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a straight truck, box truck or CMV (26,001+ lbs) to deliver to customer locations.
• Learn and optimize routes, ensure correct orders, and maintain documentation (BOLs, manifests, packing slips, HazMat summaries).
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (DVIR) and report issues.
• Follow OSHA, DOT, FMCSA and company policies and complete safety training.
• Wear company apparel and communicate with dispatch, customers, and management.
• Provide fast, courteous customer service and address customer needs.
• Assist with preparing orders, loading/unloading, stocking inventory, and warehouse tasks.
• Additional duties as assigned.
