Job summary

ABC Supply Co. Inc. is seeking a licensed CDL Driver for local deliveries in New York. You will ensure delivery safety from the facility to the customer, performing both ground and rooftop deliveries.

Responsibilities include documenting deliveries, loading checks, and coordinating with the material handler. Pre-employment drug screening is required and occasional warehouse work may be needed. This position does not involve long-haul travel.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL – Class B required.
• Ability to lift 75–100 pounds repeatedly.
• Willingness to work on rooftops and in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Treat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct safe work zones at job sites.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and directives.
• Document each delivery with photos via phone system.
• Perform load checks and secure materials per regulations.
• Coordinate with Delivery Material Handler for material placement.
• Complete logs and government paperwork.
• Provide customer with invoice on COD deliveries.
• Handle warehouse tasks as assigned.
• This role does not require over-the-road travel.

Skills

Valid CDL – Class B

Heavy lifting ability

Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
