Job summary

Nutrien seeks an Entry Level CDL Delivery Driver for on-site work in Oberlin, KS. You will operate company trucks to fulfill fertilizer and sprayer orders, maintain records, and ensure safe handling of materials.

A CDL is required with hazmat preferred; high school diploma and DOT compliance are essential. This full-time, on-site position offers stability with 40+ hours weekly, overtime during peak seasons, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to contribute to nutrient delivery to

• High School diploma required.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Must have a driving record meeting company standards.
• Must meet DOT physical and medical requirements and pass screening.
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to designated orders safely and accurately.
• Complete and maintain required records.
• Deliver products to customers as needed.
• Load or assist in loading trailer with materials.
• Unload or assist in unloading trailer of bulk chemical and fertilizer using forklift or hand truck.
• Stay aware of hazards of products and take proper precautions.
• Perform responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do:

• Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer order, safely and accurately
• Complete and maintain records as required by the company and government regulations
• Pick up and deliver product to customers as needed
• Load or assist in loading trailer with materials
• Unload or assist in unloading trailer of bulk chemical and fertilizer at the facility, safely and efficiently by using forklift or hand truck
• Keep abreast of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precaution
• Able to perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently
• Clean and conduct proper maintenance on equipment
• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

• High School diploma
• Driving experience preferred
• Must have a driving record that meets company standards
• Must meet Department of Transportation physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening
• A CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred
• Able to lift/carry up to 50lbs
