Job summary

Hammond Lumber Company in Damariscotta, Maine, is seeking a full-time CDL Delivery Driver to join our team. The role involves loading, delivering building materials using Class A or B trucks, and providing excellent customer service at job sites and in the yard.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Experience handling building materials is a plus.
• BoomSpider truck experience a plus but not required.
• Candidate should have a clean and valid Class A or B driver's license and be ready to comply with USDOT testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment to pick, load, unload and store materials in the yard.
• Perform customer deliveries using Class B or Class A equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Position requires heavy lifting.
