Job summary

ProFast is seeking a Local Delivery Driver in Linthicum Heights who holds a Class B CDL with a Hazmat endorsement or willingness to obtain one within 60–90 days. You’ll deliver roofing and building materials, perform pre-trip inspections, and maintain DOT logs while delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll work Monday–Friday daytime hours with home every evening, and opportunities for overtime. ProFast emphasizes a safety-first culture with a strong focus on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL required.
• HAZMAT endorsement required or ability to obtain within 60–90 days of hire.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Valid DOT Medical card required.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Must possess a positive and professional attitude.
• Excellent customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Load, secure, transport, and deliver roofing and building materials safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Complete DOT logs and delivery documentation accurately.
• Provide outstanding customer service at every delivery location.
• Maintain a clean vehicle and support warehouse operations as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Use forklift to load deliveries.
• Assist warehouse personnel when necessary

CDL Delivery Driver

We are seeking a Local Delivery Driver with a Class B CDL for our Linthicum Heights branch! A HAZMAT endorsement is required; candidates who do not currently have the endorsement must be willing to obtain it within 60 - 90 days of hire. ProFast will cover the cost of obtaining the endorsement. To be successful in this role, a candidate should be organized, proactive, possess the ability to multitask in a busy work environment and have the communication skills to handle any customer questions and concerns.
