Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking a licensed CDL driver in South Bend, IN to safely deliver exterior and interior building products and return home every night. Responsibilities include following delivery schedules, taking delivery photos, conducting load checks, assisting with unloading, and maintaining logs and paperwork in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• CDL license Class A or B must be valid.
• Ability to lift 75-100 pounds repeatedly (70 pound shingles bundles).
• Willingness to work on rooftops.
• Pre-employment drug screen and random drug testing required.
• Flatbed/boom truck experience preferred; Hazmat endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload materials at customer sites following a set schedule.
• Document deliveries with photos using camera phone system.
• Complete load checks and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and file logs and government paperwork in a timely manner.
• Provide customers with invoices and collect COD payments where applicable.
• Possible warehouse duties including loading/unloading as assigned.
