Job summary

The Chefs' Warehouse in Cincinnati is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver (Class A CDL) to join our delivery team. You will follow scheduled routes, load and organize inventory, and ensure deliveries are accurate and on time.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, a clean driving record, and must pass a DOT physical. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and operate manual equipment is required; forklift experience is a plus. We offer competitive benefits and a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record.
• Must pass a DOT physical.
• Read maps or use GPS to determine routes.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds; forklift experience a plus.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory matches delivery requirements.
• Follow established and scheduled delivery routes.
• Read maps or use GPS to determine and track routes.
• Deliver products accurately and on time.
• Load and organize inventory from the warehouse into the vehicle.
• Collect signatures and/or payments at delivery locations.
• Communicate delivery progress with the warehouse.
• Maintain and submit delivery paperwork at shift end.
• Report accidents or vehicle issues on route.
• Follow traffic laws and safety policies.
• Comply with state and federal loading/unloading requirements.
• Complete shuttle runs Cincinnati to Chicago and back.
