Job summary

Craft Massachusetts in Everett, MA is seeking an Under CDL Delivery Driver to operate box trucks and vans with automatic transmissions. You will deliver pre-sold products to customer accounts, rotate stock, and ensure pallets are secure for transport.

This full-time, non-exempt position is scheduled Monday through Friday, with start times around 5:45 am and varying end times based on routes. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 21 to transport alcohol, an active Under CDL

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to transport alcohol.
• Active Under CDL License in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating Under CDL vehicles in city-traffic.
• Strong safety-oriented mindset and adherence to safe driving practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday starting at 5:45 AM; end times may vary between 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM depending on route and delivery volume.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Deliver pre-sold products accurately and efficiently to customer accounts.
• Rotate stock and place products appropriately in dry and refrigerated storage areas.
• Ensure all pallets loaded onto the truck are secure and stable for transport.
• Collect empty containers and returns as required by the supplier.
• Load and return dunnage, pallets, and load bars to the supplier.
• Maintain a courteous, professional, and respectful attitude toward customers and team members.
• Complete the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) to report any maintenance or repair needs.
