Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) to safely operate an 18-24 ft commercial vehicle, delivering dialysis products to home patients and dialysis centers across diverse locations. The role includes handling up to 45 cases per delivery, ensuring order accuracy, and occasionally performing pickups/returns.

Requires CDL, valid medical card, and DOT-compliant driving record. Strong communication and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A or Class B CDL with Air Brake endorsement and MVR must meet minimum standards.
• Valid Medical Card.
• Minimum of 1 year of driving comparable equipment with inside delivery experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain HOS log using ELD.
• Pass Industrial Capabilities Test.
• Perform multiple day routes that include some overnight travel.
• Safely operate lift gates, ramps, pallet jacks, walkie rider, Liftkar (stair climbers).
• Effective verbal and written communication; strong social skills; ability to work in diverse, multi-functional teams.
• Follow all safety rules for equipment use and driving outlined by Vantive and DOT.
• Ability to adequately distinguish colors to identify product labels.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an 18- to 24-foot commercial vehicle to deliver dialysis products to a diverse home patient base and dialysis centers.
• Deliver up to 45 cases per delivery; rotate stock; ensure order accuracy; occasional pickups and returns.
• Collaborate with dialysis patients, regional office staff, customer service, and healthcare professionals.
