Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits in Shirley, NY is seeking a Delivery Driver with CDL to join our team. You will safely deliver and service products along an assigned route, operate a commercial vehicle, and adhere to DOT and company policies.

This full-time role requires a valid Class A CDL, 3–5 years of delivery experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, and comfort with delivery software and smartphones. We offer comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of delivery or distribution experience.
• Valid Class A CDL in DOT compliance; clean driving record.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Familiarity with pricing and invoicing.
• Proficient with smartphone apps and delivery software.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver and service products on assigned route.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and load security.
• Complete delivery documentation accurately.
• Communicate issues to the Delivery Supervisor promptly.
• Complete end-of-day reconciliation and inventory handling.
• Maintain load integrity and minimize product breakage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
