Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL license (Class A or B as required).
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one upon employment.
• Ability to pass MVR screen and read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to comply with DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service and assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and helps coordinate delivery or loading with truck personnel.
• Inspects products before loading and ensures loads comply with safety and DOT requirements.
• Maintains accurate loading, delivery, and invoicing information and communicates updates to customers.
