Job summary

Purple Crow in Richmond, VA is seeking a full-time CDL Class A delivery driver to join our Transportation team. You will operate a 48-53 foot reefer and deliver to grocery stores, starting around 5:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with occasional nights or weekends.

We provide a modern fleet, dedicated support, and a strong team. Earn weekly pay ($1,545–$2,200) with incentives and an annual range ($80,392–$114,800), plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Clean MVR.
• Current medical card.

We’re looking for a full-time CDL Class A delivery driver to join our growing Transportation team. If you have experience driving in the DC/MD/VA area and want a steady job with great pay and benefits, this is the perfect opportunity!

What You’ll Do

• Drive a 48-53 foot reefer trailer.
• Delivering parallelized products to grocery stores.
• Pallet jacks, hand trucks and helpers provided as needed.
• Start your day around 5:30AM, Monday through Friday. Occasional night or weekends.

What We Expect

• Dependable and safety-focused drivers who take pride in their work.
• Must pass E-Verify, have a valid Class A CDL, a clean MVR, and a current medical card.
• Able to lift 20/50/80 lbs
• You will be cross-trained for deliveries and expected to assist with those routes based on company needs.
• Commercial driving: 2 years (Preferred)
• Spanish (Preferred)
• $4,000 Sign-On Bonus!
• Weekly pay, base + Incentives: $1,545–$2,200 (rates based on experience)
• Annual pay, base + Incentives: $80,392–$114,800 (rates based on experience)
