Job summary

Christ Panos Foods is seeking reliable CDL delivery drivers to join our team for morning routes serving the Chicagoland area. You will load, unload, and deliver food products to customer locations while representing the company professionally.

Expected route start around 5:00am, Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, with uncapped weekly incentive pay based on performance. CDL class and experience influence base pay from $65,000 to $70,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL.
• Previous food or beverage distribution or delivery experience preferred.
• Clean and acceptable MVR.
• Satisfactory FMCSA Clearinghouse status.
• Valid DOT Medical Certification.
• Must be able to cross state lines with CDL.
• Must be willing to participate in quarterly random drug and alcohol testing.
• Ability to safely operate a pallet jack and two-wheeler.
• Ability to safely climb stairs, ramps, and truck steps throughout the workday.
• Comfortable repeatedly lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling products.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle on assigned routes.
• Load, unload, and deliver food products to customer locations.
• Use pallet jack, two-wheeler, and other material handling equipment.
• Bring products into customer locations and place them in designated storage areas.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service at every stop.
• Count and verify cases to ensure accurate deliveries.
• Scan deliveries using a handheld device.
• Collect customer payments when required and properly return funds at the end of the shift.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Follow all DOT, company, and safety requirements.
• Report accidents, injuries, vehicles issues, and other safety concerns promptly.
• Serve as a spotter when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Christ Panos Foods is looking for reliable, professional, and hardworking Class A and B CDL drivers to join our growing team!

As a Delivery Driver, you will represent Christ Panos Foods at customer locations while safely delivering food products throughout our service area. This is a touch freight position, meaning drivers are responsible for unloading and delivering products directly to our customers throughout the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs.

Position Details:

Route start time may vary depending on route length, number of cases, and business needs. Most routes have a start time of 5:00am, varying depending on route assignment.

• Monday – Friday
• Tuesday – Saturday

Compensation:

$65,000 to $70,000 annually, based on CDL class and experience

• Drivers also have the opportunity to earn uncapped weekly incentive pay in addition to their base salary. High performing drivers may earn up to $20,000+ annually in additional incentive pay, depending on experience, CDL class, route performance, productivity, miles, stops, and other performance metrics.
