Purpose

Job summary

Nutrien is seeking a CDL truck loader for its Nutrien Ag Solutions division in Cutler, CA. You will load, unload, and transport materials by semi-truck, following DOT rules and safety standards.

Responsibilities include conducting DOT inspections, completing shipping paperwork, and maintaining records. A valid CDL with hazmat endorsement preferred is required, and you must pass a DOT physical. Local home every night with full-time hours and strong benefits.

What You\'ll Do

• Load or assist in loading trailer with materials
• Unload or assist in unloading trailer by using forklift or hand truck
• Operate semi-truck with one or two trailers, according to state laws
• Transport loads over required route to proper destinations, observing all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Conduct standard DOT truck inspection
• Complete all company and DOT required paperwork
• Complete shipping bills of lading, receive necessary signatures, and return completed paperwork to shipping office
• Maintain any related records required
• Perform miscellaneous service duties such as checking, on a daily basis, oil, water, gasoline, and air in tires
• Report any maintenance malfunctions to maintenance dept
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role, in Cutler, CA location, is between $17.74 - $24.00. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
