Job summary

Hammond Lumber Company is seeking CDL Delivery Drivers for our Bangor, Maine location. We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time positions.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and delivering materials to customers, while providing excellent service. A clean Class A or B license and USDOT compliance are required, with heavy lifting a daily part of the job.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Experience with building materials is a plus.
• Clean valid Class A or B driver’s license required.
• Must pass USDOT testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and material handling equipment.
• Perform customer deliveries using Class A or B equipment.
• Provide customer service.
• Heavy lifting is required.

Requirements

• Forklift experience a plus, but not a requirement
• Experience in handling building materials is a plus
• Spider truck or boom truck experience a plus, but not a requirement
• The preferred candidate will have a clean and valid Class A or B driver's license
