Job description

Nu-Tec is seeking a Certified Crane Operator with CDL to join our production team. As a Certified Crane Operator you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a crane and a commercial motor vehicle to transport supplies and materials to designated job sites. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a high level of safety, adhering to traffic laws and regulations, and delivering cargo on time.

Requirements

• Crane Operator Certification required
• Minimum of 1-3 years of crane operator experience required
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Class A CDL Truck Driver preferred
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
• Able to pass a drug screen
• HazMat endorsement required
• Knowledge of proper loading and load weight distribution techniques
• Excellent knowledge of DOT trucking regulations and procedures
• Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Strong communication skills
• Physical stamina and strength to handle loading and unloading of cargo and perform occasional lifting and carrying of heavy items
• Attention to detail to accurately complete paperwork and maintain delivery records
