Job summary

Sterling Crane LLC is seeking a CDL Crane Operator in Billings, MT. You will operate cranes safely, follow company procedures, and maintain equipment to support demanding lifting projects for Marmon/Berkshire Hathaway-backed operations.

The role requires a Class A CDL, NCCCO crane license, and at least 3 years of experience with rough terrain, carry decks, crawlers, and mobile cranes. A strong commitment to safety and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with rough terrain/ crawler/ mobile cranes.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, materials or instructions.
• Must maintain strong teamwork and communication in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of cranes safely and efficiently per procedures.
• Inspect ground conditions and overhead obstructions for safe lifting.
• Maintain equipment with daily inspections and routine maintenance.
• Keep logs and communicate with ground operators per site safety rules.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
