Job summary

Responsibilities include operating concrete mixer trucks, performing inspections, maintaining logs, and ensuring safety and compliance. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and current medical card.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• A minimum of one to two year experience in driving a commercial vehicle is preferred.
• Current medical examination certificate with card.
• Must have a good work ethic, be dependable, on-time and have a regular and predictable attendance.
• Job requires various hours that may include nights and weekends.
• Must be able and willing to work overtime if needed.
• Dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operate the concrete mixer truck on public streets, highways and construction sites to transport concrete.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and secure loads.
• Read road signs and follow directions; maintain logs and regulatory documentation.
• Keep truck cab and mixer drum clean; operate safely and legally at all times.
• Report delays or issues to managers via radio or GPS.
• Work long hours, including nights and weekends, with seasonal variations.
