Job summary

New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co., Inc. is seeking a Concrete & Heating Oil Delivery Professional to support our ready-mix concrete and heating oil operations year-round.

Assignments rotate based on operational needs with a guaranteed 40-hour minimum in designated markets. You will transport and deliver materials safely, perform pre/post-trip checks, stay in touch with dispatch, and maintain logs in compliance with DOT rules, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining vehicle

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with an X endorsement, or both H and N endorsements, 2 years of driving experience.
• Compliant with NESL driving standards.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs consistently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.
• Team mindset— “The NESL WAY” and focus on safety, quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver concrete and/or heating oil safely and on time.
• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections of the vehicle and communicate mechanical issues to fleet services.
• Stay in contact with dispatch about daily assignments and review delivery tickets for any special instructions.
• Maintain operator logs and records in accordance with NESL policy and DOT regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to external and internal customers.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, presentable, and in safe working condition.
