Job summary

Aqueous Solutions is seeking a dependable maintenance professional to perform general maintenance and repairs on commercial properties. The role requires a CDL A or B, proven maintenance experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

You will handle plumbing, appliance troubleshooting, carpentry, and preventive maintenance while maintaining accurate records and ensuring safety standards. A clean driving record and U.S. work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B Driver License is required.
• Proven maintenance experience in a similar role.
• General maintenance and repair knowledge.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Salary commensurate with work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on commercial properties.
• General plumbing repairs (toilets, faucets, etc.).
• Test and troubleshoot kitchen appliances (dishwashers, stoves, etc.).
• Repair/replace doors, hardware, locks.
• Repair or replace floor tile and/or carpets.
• Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and appliances.
• Install or repair drywall, paint walls, and carpentry work.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
• Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
• Proven janitorial or office cleaning experience.
• Solid knowledge of general cleaning and maintenance practices.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
