Job summary

Hargrove, Inc. in Nashville, TN is hiring a Warehouse and Driver Technician (Class C Non-CDL) to support warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, quality control, and inventory management, including driving company vehicles for deliveries.

The role requires a High School diploma, 1–3 years in a warehouse, a valid CDL Class C license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong communication. RF-based WMS and DOT/ELD familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years’ experience in warehouse environment.
• Valid CDL Class C license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Strong communication with team and customers.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive, ship and label product; pick and pack orders for delivery.
• Perform basic quality control and inventory checks.
• Process shipments including small parcel and LTL.
• Operate industrial forklifts (sit-down, reach, stock picker, pallet jack).
• Drive company vehicles with Non-CDL Class C license for deliveries.
• Ensure timely and safe product delivery; conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain safety and compliance with regulations.
