Job summary

CM2 Supply, Inc is seeking a Store Sales and Support/Delivery Driver in Minnesota to build customer loyalty, manage showroom, and support deliveries. The role includes warehouse tasks like receiving and stocking inventory.

You will collaborate with the Sales Team and Branch Manager, perform hotshot deliveries, and stand in for Route Driver when needed. A CDL-B with Hazmat endorsement and 2–5 years of sales in welding/industrial equipment are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of sales experience, welding and industrial equipment sales preferred.
• Experience working with high pressure cylinders preferred.
• CDL Class B with Hazmat Endorsement
• High level of ethics, honesty, and transparency.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with respect to Central McGowan operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a good team-player, detail oriented and good at multi-tasking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software, and standard business equipment (phone, computer, copier/scanner, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Showroom Floor Management: maintain a clean, organized showroom display, ensure products are labeled, priced, and stocked, monitor inventory, report low stock, coordinate replenishment.
• Branch Operations: support daily showroom opening/closing, prepare basic sales reports, maintain sales records, assist with billing/invoicing, follow safety guidelines, hotshot deliveries as requested, fill-in Route Driver when needed.
• Sales Targets & Promotion: work toward individual/branch sales targets, inform customers about promotions and new arrivals, participate in visual merchandising.
• New Customer Development: support account managers and retail customers, utilize specialists/manufacturers to drive conversions, track progress against objectives.
• Customer Advocacy and Personal Relationship Management: be a trusted advisor to customers and employees, manage PTO scheduling to minimize disruption.
