Job summary

OES Equipment, part of DPR Construction Family of Companies, is seeking a Driver - CDL Class B in Smyrna, GA. This role transports materials and supplies between locations and project sites, maintaining DOT safety standards and providing courteous service to partners.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, documenting transport activities, and assisting with warehouse operations to support branch efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience operating Class B commercial vehicles.
• CDL Class B license with a good driving record.
• Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transports materials, equipment, and supplies between company locations, vendors, and project sites in a safe and timely manner.
• Reviews daily delivery and pickup schedules, verifies order accuracy, and ensures materials are properly loaded, secured, and documented prior to departure.
• Delivers orders and obtains required signatures, returning completed tickets and documentation for processing.
• Performs routine vehicle inspections and reports maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness and supports compliance with registration and insurance requirements.
• Assists with warehouse operations including receiving, organizing, and inventory counts.
• Participates in safety training and applies safe handling and loading practices.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

CDL Class B Driver license

Medical Examiner’s Certificate

Forklift certification (preferred)
