Job summary

QXO is seeking qualified drivers to join our team in Cleveland. You will perform touch-freight tasks, pre-inspect trucks, load materials, and verify load accuracy while ensuring safety and compliance with DOT procedures.

Valid Class B CDL and 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience are required. You will work outdoors in all weather conditions, coordinating with dispatch and branch management for timely deliveries and safe loading/unloading.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid Class B CDL license in good standing
• At least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience

Responsibilities

• Pre-inspect the truck, load materials, verify load accuracy
• Notify branch management of hazards on site
• Set up job parameters and inspect site for safe loading/unloading
• Maintain communication with the dispatcher for timely deliveries
• Follow all DOT and company safety procedures, wear PPE
• Perform touch-freight tasks, may lift over 75 lbs
