Penske is hiring CDL Class B Truck Drivers for full-time, home daily routes in Louisville, KY. Earn an average $74,992 annually with additional incentives up to $10,400 and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Dedicated routes, late-night dispatch, and ~50 hours per week are available, with pay every Friday and strong benefits.

You'll drive Penske-maintained trucks, use scanners, and perform multi-stop deliveries to automotive dealerships while upholding safety and company standards.

Formación

• Valid Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement required.
• Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Non-exempt interstate DOT medical card required.
• 1 year of documented relevant commercial vehicle driving experience in the last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• English language proficiency required.
• This role requires completing Penske employment application, background investigation and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships.
• Unload trailer using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages.
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered.

Conocimientos

Valid Class B CDL

Airbrake endorsement

English language proficiency

DOT medical card

Driving experience (1 year)

Clean DMV/MVR record (≤2 incidents)

Background check & drug screening
