Job summary

Frontier Cooperative is seeking a reliable CDL B delivery driver in Nebraska to transport bulk feed and bagged products to producers and company locations across the trade territory. You will load, unload, and secure loads, and complete delivery tickets and mileage logs.

The role requires a clean driving record, DOT compliance, and the ability to read work orders and tickets. This full-time position includes a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within our farming communities.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B required; CDL Class A accepted.
• Minimum one year of straight truck or tractor-trailer driving experience.
• No major accidents or violations within the last 24 months.
• Must pass a physical and substance abuse test.
• Able to read and interpret work orders, gauges, maps, weigh tickets, and delivery tickets.
• Able to write DOT inspection reports, mileage and fuel reports, and work orders.
• Basic math skills including proportions, percentages, and volume.
• Must be able to travel within the trade territory.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulk feed or bagged feed straight trucks to deliver product to producers and company locations throughout the trade territory
• Receive nutrition orders from the mills; prepare truck and load customized bulk feed into correct internal compartments
• Assist in mixing and grinding feed as needed prior to delivery
• Operate internal auger upon arrival to unload feed into areas designated by the producer
• Submit delivery tickets to customers and assigned location for billing
• Load and deliver bagged nutrition products by hand or forklift; assist in unloading at company locations
• Fasten and secure all loads before transit; maintain product transport documentation throughout each delivery
• Complete and submit daily mileage and fuel reports as required
