Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a full-time CDL Class B Truck Driver for a high-mileage, home-daily route delivering auto parts on a dedicated schedule in Big Spring, TX. You will operate late-model Penske trucks, with in-cab cameras, and use pallet jacks for stops, delivering to retail stores with reliable, steady routes.

Expect around 60 hours per week with dispatch at 1:00 AM. Competitive pay averaging $67,600 annually plus quarterly safety bonus and comprehensive benefits including health care,

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL with Airbrake endorsement; domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in state of residence.
• Ability to obtain non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
• At least 1 year of documented commercial vehicle driving experience in the last 5 years.
• DMV/MVR with two or fewer moving violations or accidents in the last 3 years.
• Ability to work scheduled hours and maintain regular attendance.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Background investigation and drug screening are required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver auto parts to retail stores on a dedicated route.
• Complete approximately 45 stops per week using a pallet jack and hand truck.
• Perform touch freight deliveries with consistent routes and customers.
• Complete approximately 5 transfers per week across assigned routes.
