The physical requirements listed below are representative of those needed to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed as necessary. ● Ability to frequently lift, twist and turn, and carry 50 – 75 pounds, manipulate (push and pull) up to 160 pounds of product with material handling equipment, and skids weighing up to 2,000 pounds utilizing pallet jack. ● Ability to repetitively open and close shipping container doors weighing approximately 500 pounds, swing doors weighing approximately 300 pounds, and operate a lift gate. ● Walking/Standing – frequent walking and standing.
