Job summary

Tucker Materials, Inc. in Anderson, SC, is seeking a delivery driver to safely operate a commercial vehicle, load and unload building materials, and deliver to job sites while delivering a world-class customer service experience.

This full-time role requires a CDL, a clean three-year MVR, and knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure on-time deliveries and complete accuracy in docs, while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
• Minimum Class B License, Class A strongly preferred.
• Three-year clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck/trailer for defects for safe operation. Load/unload building materials onto flatbed or boom truck and deliver to job sites, prioritizing safety and customer service.
• Maintain records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations.
• Report all accidents involving driver or company equipment; lift heavy materials up to 100+ lbs; provide excellent customer service.
