US Foods in Hardeeville, SC is seeking a CDL Class B Delivery Driver to safely deliver and unload products while meeting scheduled customer times. The driver will verify orders, collect payments when applicable, and maintain accurate records.

You will assist customers with professional service, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and operate with a focus on safety and reliability in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid CDL Class B issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Minimum of six months commercial driving experience or three months commercial driving experience in the food/beverage delivery industry.
• Ability to read and communicate in English and understand highway signs and logs.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times.
• Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated storage areas.
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain proper signatures.
• Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
