Job summary

Kamco Supply Corp. of New England is seeking Class B Drivers-Boom Operators to deliver materials to job sites nationwide while maintaining safe, efficient operations.

You will load and unload building materials, operate cranes/boom and moffett equipment, and coordinate with dispatchers to meet tight schedules. This role requires a valid CDL, clean driving record, and the ability to work with a partner and follow instructions.

Qualifications

• Some schooling is preferred.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• Clean driving history record required.
• Mandatory federally programs participation.

Responsibilities

• Drive trucks from the facility to designated job sites safely and in a timely manner.
• Load and unload building materials on and off trucks and carry materials onto job sites.
• Keep mileage logs as necessary.
• Ability to follow directions from dispatcher/branch management.
• Ability to convey directions and work effectively with a partner.
• Operate forklifts periodically.
• Use personal protective equipment as required.
• Responsible for care and maintenance of assigned vehicle.
• Must be able to operate designated crane/boom, or moffett safely and efficiently.
• Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Notify branch management immediately on any unsafe loading condition.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
