Job summary

Domino's Team USA stores are hiring a yard driver in Pattison, TX. The role involves repositioning company tractors and trailers in the yard, backing to docks, and shuttling units to logistic partners.

Expect a 5-day schedule with two days off and a starting pay of $23/hr. Responsibilities include defect logging, daily maintenance communication, and ensuring proper temperature control for refrigerated loads.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required with air brakes.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Experience inspecting and documenting CMV equipment.
• Must meet MVR standards and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Walk the yard to identify vehicle defects and log them in DVCR.
• Notify Transportation Manager of maintenance needs daily.
• Record odometer, hub readings and engine hours; submit weekly to lease company.
• Ensure trailers with refrigerated products stay at correct temperature.
• Ensure Warehouse Team Members have trailers to unload/load.
• Assist with unloading trailers when necessary.
• Reposition tractors/trailers on the yard to and from docks.
• Follow Domino’s Chock, Safety Cone and Dock Signal Light policy.
• Shuttle tractor/trailers to/from logistic suppliers; assist backhauls.
