Job summary

Beaudryoil in Elk River, Minnesota is looking for a dedicated Truck Driver to transport propane and fuel products efficiently and safely. This full-time role requires compliance with all safety regulations and performing regular vehicle maintenance.

The ideal candidate must hold a valid Class A Driver’s License with HazMat and Tanker Endorsements and have at least one year of driving experience. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits will be provided.

SCHEDULE: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

POSITION SUMMARY

The Truck Driver is responsible for performing a variety of routine and complex transportation duties in support of the Transportation Department. This position operates a tractor with tanker trailer to transport propane and/or fuel products from supply points to designated company facilities in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Operate assigned tractor/tanker trailer to pick up propane and/or fuel products and deliver them to assigned facilities
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Safely and efficiently transfer products between transport vehicles and bulk storage systems
• Maintain compliance with all DOT, company, and regulatory requirements
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
• Conduct all duties in accordance with established safety and security standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• One (1) year relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to do the job
• Valid Class A State Driver’s License with HazMat and Tanker Endorsements
• Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving
• Ability to safely drive various vehicles
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors and the general public
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work independently
