Job summary

Ruan is hiring full-time Class A CDL drivers in Middletown, DE to deliver palletized batteries to retail stores across the eastern region. Drivers will use an electric pallet jack and run regional routes throughout the eastern states, with routes leaving Sunday or Monday and returning Friday or Saturday.

This is a union position with benefits. A Hazmat endorsement is required within 60 days of hire, and Ruan can help drivers obtain it.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Card.
• Hazmat endorsement within 60 days of hire (employer assistance).
• No SAP drivers.
• Reliable transportation to the distribution center.
• Must be comfortable with multi-stop deliveries.
• Must be willing to work any shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver palletized batteries to retail stores across the eastern region.
• Conduct multi-stop deliveries using a Class A CDL.
• Operate at distribution center and on the road for regional routes.
• Follow safety and DOT regulations and respect schedule timings.

• Drivers earn $33.50 per hour , with overtime after 40 hours.
• Drivers average about $1,875 per week and around $97,000 per year

Shift Details

• Routes leave Sunday or Monday and drivers return Friday or Saturday , followed by a 34-hour reset. Drivers get consistent weekly home time.
