Job summary

Valley Services, a family‑owned residential and construction solutions provider in downtown San Jose, seeks a Class A Outbound Driver to transport materials between sites. You will plan routes with dispatch, perform safety inspections, and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.

The role requires a CDL Class A (no air brake restriction) and a clean driving record, with at least two years of commercial truck driving experience. Join a team focused on reliable service and operational safety.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with no air brake restriction.
• Two years or equivalent commercial truck driving experience.
• Clean driving record with limited violations/accidents in the last 36 months.
• Ability to back into minimum clearance spaces using mirrors to 120 ft.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections and submit vehicle reports.
• Safely load, secure, and unload waste materials.
• Drive semi-trailers/tractor-trailers and operate walking-floor trucks to landfills.
• Maintain safe driving and interact courteously with customers along routes.
• Keep DOT logbook, route/productivity sheet, and vehicle condition reports up to date.
• Drive End Dump truck safely to transport materials.
