Job summary

Trinity Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking experienced CDL Class A OTR flatbed drivers to join our team in Irving, TX. This role offers consistent miles and opportunities for growth with a company that values its drivers.

You will operate flatbed routes, load and secure cargo, and maintain compliance with DOT rules. The position requires a valid CDL A, 1–2 years of OTR flatbed experience, tarping skills, a clean MVR, and passing a DOT physical and drug screen.

• 1–2 years verifiable OTR flatbed driving experience.
• Proficiency in tarping, strapping and securing loads.
• Clean MVR and pass DOT physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A vehicles on OTR flatbed routes across regional & national lanes.
• Safely tarp, strap, and secure flatbed freight per regulations.
• Perform pre-trip & post-trip inspections for safety & compliance.
• Maintain logs with ELD; communicate route updates to dispatch.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Class A commercial vehicles on over-the-road (OTR) flatbed routes across regional and national lanes
• Safely load, secure, and tarp flatbed freight in compliance with DOT regulations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
• Maintain accurate driver logs using ELD (Electronic Logging Device) systems
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, and delivery confirmations
• Ensure on-time pickup and delivery of freight while adhering to HOS (Hours of Service) regulations
• Maintain a clean driving record and uphold all federal and state transportation regulations

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A driver's license required
• Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable OTR flatbed driving experience
• Proficiency in tarping, strapping, and securing flatbed loads
• Clean MVR and satisfactory background check
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and HOS compliance
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently on the road
