TransForce is seeking dependable CDL Class A drivers for a local automotive delivery operation in Temple, Texas. This role offers guaranteed weekly pay, home daily, and local pickup and delivery routes.

You will handle daytime pickups and deliveries or overnight relay routes, with flexible shifts and on-call opportunities on the extra board. A valid CDL A, clean MVR, and DOT/FMCSA compliance are required, as are 9+ months of experience. 250–350 mile routes apply.

Qualifications

• 9+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Flexibility to work daytime, overnight, and occasional Sunday shifts.
• Ability to meet extra board availability and reporting requirements.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL Class A tractor-trailer on assigned local delivery or relay routes.
• Complete daytime pickups and deliveries or overnight drop-and-hook assignments.
• Meet scheduled pickup and delivery windows for time-sensitive automotive freight.
• Communicate route delays or schedule changes with dispatch and other assigned drivers.
• Remain available for on-call assignments when scheduled on the extra board.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate trip records and comply with Hours of Service regulations.
• Follow all applicable safety and transportation regulations.

About the Position

TransForce is seeking dependable CDL Class A Drivers for a dedicated automotive delivery operation in Temple, Texas. This position offers guaranteed weekly pay, local routes, and home daily. Drivers will support daytime pickup and delivery operations or overnight drop-and-hook relay routes; new hires typically start on night routes or the extra board.

Pay & Schedule

• $1,255guaranteed per week - Up to $1,405weekly with extra board
• Tuesday through Saturday, with occasional Sunday work
• Daytime and overnight routes available, with flexibility required
• Route type: Local pickup and delivery (P&D) and overnight relay routes
• Equipment: Automatic tractor-trailers, 3 years old or newer
• Route distance: Approximately 250–350 miles from the terminal
• Dispatch: Scheduled pickup and delivery windows
• Slip seating: Trucks shared between assigned route drivers
• Extra board: On-call assignments with required response and reporting windows
