Job summary

ManpowerGroup on behalf of our client seeks a Jockey Driver (CDL Class A) to join the Johnstown, PA operations. You will perform extensive yard checks at shift start, organize and maintain a clean, efficient work area, fill out Vehicle Condition Reports, and track trailer inventories to support timely deliveries.

The role requires 18+ years old, a valid CDL Class A, and the ability to work up to 12 hours per day, including nights and weekends with premium pay for weekend work.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid CDL Class A driver’s license.
• Ability to work up to 12 hours per day.
• Physical capability to push, pull, and lift 50-100 lbs. frequently.
• Willingness to undergo ergonomic physical testing and work all shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform extensive yard checks at the beginning of each shift to ensure safety and readiness.
• Organize and maintain a clean and efficient work area daily.
• Fill out Vehicle Condition Reports and process related paperwork accurately.
• Maintain trailer inventories and track raw material deliveries effectively.
• Move trailers on and off docks promptly to support seamless operations.
