Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Must hold a valid CDL prior to hire.
• Minimum of 2 years driving experience.
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions, including extreme temperatures.
• Work near moving machinery and equipment.
• Ability to work in a noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe and efficient transportation of goods using flatbed tractor-trailer.
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with customers and site personnel.
• Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and in-route inspections of tractor, trailer, and equipment.
• Secure and tarp loads in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations in a safe and professional manner.
• Maintain compliance with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations.
• Utilize PPE as required.
• Unload materials using approved methods and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and operating condition of assigned tractor and trailer.
• Receive dispatch instructions, report job status, and communicate with dispatch.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain customer relationships.
