Job summary

Jabi Trucking Inc. in California is hiring Class A CDL dump truck drivers to join our growing hauling operations.

You will safely transport construction materials using dump truck configurations and operate at plants, landfills, and job sites. We offer training for candidates without dump truck experience, require strong safety awareness, ability to follow dispatch instructions, maintain logs, and stay productive across long shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Experience operating dump trucks preferred; training available.
• Proficiency with either 10-speed manual or automatic transmissions.
• Strong understanding of safe loading, dumping and material handling.
• Ability to stay alert and professional through long shifts.
• Punctual and responsive to dispatch communications.
• Able to maintain paperwork neatly and on time.
• Comfortable working independently on varied job sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate dump truck types (Super 10, End Dump, Super Tag, Semi Bottom Dump).
• Transport materials to plants, yards, and sites per schedule.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; document issues.
• Maintain logs, load slips, and daily time cards for compliance.
• Follow DOT safety standards and company policies.
• Communicate with dispatch for routing and updates.
• Tarps and secure bed; clean equipment as needed.
• Navigate job sites safely; adapt to terrain and traffic.
